REFUNDS

NIKIFOROS TRITSIMBIDAS BICYCLE TRADE and through its online page gives you the possibility to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the day of receipt and to be refunded the amount you have paid. According to article 3e of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the consumer may withdraw from his purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case, the amount he has paid for his purchase must be returned to him via bank at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day of the declaration of withdrawal.

To do this, the consumer on his part should:

1. To have kept the product packaging and the product itself in its original condition.

 

2. Not to have used, assembled, etc. the product and in general not to have carried out actions that can cause the product to deteriorate. It is also not allowed to remove the product label.

3. That the product has not been used and that there are no signs of misuse or incorrect assembly.

4. No parts or accessories, if any, have been removed.

5. To send an e-mail to info@bikeparts.gr, with which to inform the company about the return of the product.

Return costs in this case are covered by the consumer. If it is judged that the above conditions for returning the product are not met, the company has the right to return the product to the consumer at the latters expense and without refunding the amount paid for the purchase of the product.

As long as all the above conditions are met, the amount is returned to an account indicated by the consumer within 14 calendar days of receiving the product and checking its condition.

Returns are not accepted:

In products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as sunglasses etc.

 

CHANGES

Within 14 calendar days of receipt, the consumer has the right to change the product he has purchased.

To do this, the consumer on his part should:

1. To have kept the product packaging and the product itself in its original condition.

2. Not to have used, assembled etc. the product and in general not to have carried out actions that can cause the product to deteriorate. It is also not allowed to remove the product label.

3. That the product has not been used and that there are no signs of misuse or incorrect assembly.

4. No parts or accessories, if any, have been removed.

5. To send an e-mail to info@bikeparts.gr informing the company about the return/exchange of the product.

The return costs in this case are covered by the consumer, as are the transport costs for sending the new product.

 

In the event that the product that the consumer wishes to replace the original purchase is not currently available or the requested number, color or design is not available, the consumer has the right to wait for the next delivery, in which case the company notifies him either by phone or e-mail.

DEFECTIVE product

The Customer has the right to complain about a product if it has real defects or if it lacks agreed properties.

In particular, if upon receipt of the product signs of use are observed, such as torn packaging, scratches, breaks, etc., the Customer should immediately indicate the defect to the employee of the transport company and request the return of the product. The complaint is recorded by the transport company with all the necessary information.

In the event that you receive the package with the product you have purchased and do not at that time declare any complaint to the employee of the transport company or do not indicate the defect, NIKIFOROS TRITSIBIDAS BICYCLE TRADE reserves the right to refuse its return.

If the product is defective or does not have the agreed properties, the Customer has the right to request:

Repair or replace the product

Price reduction

Cancellation of the sale
